Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Our Saviour's Housing (OSH), a program of Our Saviour's Community Services.

The following information will help us understand your group's interests and passions, and how they can best be used to meet the needs of those we serve. After you complete the form, our Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator will be in touch within a few days.

Volunteer and resident relationship guidelines

We value privacy Those who come to our shelter deserve to have their privacy protected. This means volunteers may not reveal names or identifying information about our residents. Even when an individual has ended their time at OSH, we may not acknowledge that they have received our services.
We value boundaries While we wish our program at OSH to be a friendly place, it is important to recognize that volunteers cannot be “friends” with anyone who is in our shelter, or has received services from OSH within the past 12 months. Volunteers may not socialize or meet with residents outside of our program, may not give residents rides except under the specific direction of a staff member, and may not purchase, trade or sell anything from or to clients.
