More than 150 volunteer teachers help adults learn English each year, online and in person.
No teaching experience is required. We provide training and an easy-to-follow curriculum.

Two ways to help at the ELC
In person volunteering
Volunteer at the English Learning Center in the morning or evening, helping adult students develop their language skills. Classes meet Monday through Thursday.
Online volunteering
Teach online classes Monday through Thursday, providing flexible learning for students with demanding schedules.
