File a grievance
We take grievances seriously as a way to gather feedback, improve services and catch conflicts early.

How grievances work
Our Saviour's Housing takes grievances seriously as a way to gather feedback and improve services, as well as to detect brewing conflicts early in order to prevent further incidents.
Individuals wishing to file a grievance should complete a form and submit it to staff. Completed forms should be placed in the Shelter Manager's inbox and logged in the logbook.
- Forms go to the Shelter Manager's inbox and the logbook
- Every claim is investigated
- You can escalate if you are not satisfied with the response
